App Store Subscription Terms
These terms apply to auto-renewing WatermarkX Pro subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store. They supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s applicable terms. The subscription plan, price, billing period, benefits, trial or promotional offer, and other purchase terms displayed by Apple immediately before you confirm a purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.
1. Plans and benefits
WatermarkX may offer one or more auto-renewing subscription plans. Available plans, billing periods, prices, benefits, and promotional offers may vary by eligibility, country or region, app version, and campaign, and may be added, changed, or withdrawn from time to time.
Depending on the plan displayed in the app, WatermarkX Pro benefits may include iCloud Sync, unlimited export, and unlimited folders and documents. The purchase screen is the authoritative description of the selected plan and its included benefits.
2. Price and payment
The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and offer terms before confirmation. Payment is charged by Apple to the payment method associated with your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial converts to a paid subscription.
WatermarkX does not receive your full payment-card or bank details. Apple is responsible for payment processing, receipts, billing support, and applying App Store payment rules.
3. Free trials and introductory offers
Trials and introductory offers are available only to users Apple determines are eligible. Unless you cancel before the deadline shown by Apple, a free trial automatically converts to the paid subscription displayed at confirmation. A discounted introductory period renews at the regular price displayed by Apple after that period ends. Apple may limit one introductory offer per subscription group or Apple Account.
Any unused portion of a trial or promotional period may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription or change plans, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. Deleting WatermarkX does not end a trial.
4. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews for the renewal period shown by Apple unless you cancel it through Apple before the applicable renewal deadline. Apple charges the applicable renewal price to your payment method. Apple’s purchase screen, subscription settings, and notices are the authoritative source for the billing period, next billing date, renewal price, and renewal status.
If Apple cannot collect payment, Apple may retry billing, place the subscription into a billing-retry or grace-period state where available, or end access. Temporary access during a grace or verification period does not waive payment obligations and is not guaranteed.
5. How to cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription from WatermarkX’s subscription management screen or directly through Apple:
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select WatermarkX, and follow Apple’s cancellation instructions.
- You may also follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you generally retain paid benefits until then. Canceling does not retroactively refund charges. Deleting the app, disabling iCloud, or losing access to a device does not cancel the subscription.
6. Plan changes
If Apple permits you to upgrade, downgrade, or switch to another available plan, the timing, proration, effect on any trial or promotion, and effective date are determined by Apple and shown during confirmation. A plan change may begin immediately or at a later renewal.
7. Price changes
Subscription prices may change. Apple will provide any notice or request any consent required by law or App Store rules. If you do not agree to a future price, cancel before the new price applies. Continued renewal after a valid price change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
8. Refunds
Apple handles App Store refund requests and determines eligibility under Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. WatermarkX cannot issue an App Store refund directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or follow Apple’s refund instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights available in your country or region.
9. Restoring purchases and access
You can use “Restore Purchases” in WatermarkX or Apple’s restore mechanisms while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase. Restoration depends on Apple’s verified transaction and entitlement information. Network outages, billing issues, Apple service availability, or account changes may temporarily delay verification.
Subscription access is associated with the purchasing Apple Account and is not transferable by WatermarkX. Family Sharing applies only if Apple and the specific WatermarkX subscription permit it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or App Store changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. Changes do not alter a confirmed billing period or price except as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
