Store information controls
The product name, localized price, billing period, introductory-offer type and duration shown in Apple’s purchase sheet are the authoritative terms for your transaction. FrameTales does not treat every introductory offer as a free trial.
Subscriptions
FrameTales may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in FrameTales Settings or your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting FrameTales does not cancel a subscription.
Introductory offers
An eligible product may include a free trial, a discounted upfront period, or discounted recurring introductory payments. Eligibility is determined by Apple. When an introductory period ends, the subscription renews at the standard price and period displayed by Apple unless cancelled.
Lifetime purchase
A lifetime product is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase that permanently unlocks the FrameTales Pro core features associated with that product for the purchasing Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not renew. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the FrameTales product and service, subject to applicable law, platform availability, and these terms.
Restore, refunds, and availability
Eligible purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Product availability and prices may vary by storefront and may change for future purchases; changes to an existing subscription are handled under Apple’s rules and required notices.
Feature access
Free features remain usable without a purchase. Pro currently includes advanced templates, larger batch workflows, and reusable product presets and recipes. FrameTales may improve or reorganize features while preserving access required by applicable law and the purchased product.
Apple terms
Use of FrameTales is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these purchase terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control.
