For help with DraftSail, send us a message with your app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not attach confidential drawings unless you have permission and they are necessary to investigate the issue.

The current built-in engine previews a supported subset of 2D ASCII DXF entities. DWG files can be imported and identified, but production DWG rendering is not included in this version. Unsupported or incomplete content is reported instead of being shown as complete.
Your library stays in DraftSail's local app storage by default. No account or cloud upload is required. Preserve the original source files or export important files before deleting the app; deleting the app can remove its local data.
DraftSail is a convenience viewer, not a calibrated surveying or engineering instrument. Confirm units and scale, review any warnings, and verify critical dimensions against the authoritative source and with a qualified professional.
Deleted library items remain recoverable in Trash for up to 30 days unless you permanently delete them sooner. After permanent deletion or expiry, recovery may not be possible.
Include the app version, device, iOS version, format, and reproducible steps. DraftSail's local diagnostic report is designed to omit filenames, paths, drawing text, coordinates, and drawing contents; review it before sharing.

图帆CAD 是便捷看图工具，不是经过校准的测绘或工程仪器。请确认单位和比例，查看所有警告，并对照权威源文件、由具备资质的专业人员复核关键尺寸。
删除的图纸库项目会在回收站中保留最多 30 天，除非你提前永久删除。永久删除或到期清理后，内容可能无法恢复。
